Icon Wavy provides an artificial intelligence design workspace that helps developers and designers generate, preview, and format mobile app icons and assets in compliance with iOS and Android design guidelines. The AI elements are powered by generative intelligence models via user-provided developer API configurations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

All vector layouts, canvas rendering code, and customized stylesheets are properties of Icon Wavy. The visual output assets generated via the Gemini AI integrations are owned by you (the User), subject to licensing tiers where commercial rights are granted under paid plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate assets that violate local laws, contain copyright-protected graphics without ownership, or promote graphic content that is offensive, harmful, or fraudulent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the generated icons will meet specific regulatory standards, app store certification guidelines, or be free from design bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Icon Wavy or its team be liable for any general, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

We collect account profile metadata (such as full name and email address when you sign up) and user preferences including prompt descriptions, selected styles, size presets, coordinates, and reference styling images you choose to upload.

2. How We Use Data

Your design specifications are used to construct optimized prompt inputs for vector generation, while Firebase Firestore saves your generation history. Uploaded reference files are saved in Firebase Storage to render design cards.

3. Third-Party Integrations

We utilize the Google Gemini API to analyze icon descriptions and suggest guidelines corrections. Design strings are processed by Gemini model endpoints. No personal credentials or database configurations are shared with external providers.

4. Cookies & Client-Side Storage

We use local browser storage to cache styling parameters and view states, facilitating persistent dashboard settings across reloads. No commercial tracking pixels are injected.

5. Data Deletion & Rights

We respect your privacy. You can request deletion of your saved icon history by contacting support, or clear cached browser data at any time via your browser options.
